It is kept while the matter is open and for up to twelve months afterwards, then deleted, unless a longer period is required to deal with a legal obligation or a dispute. It is not added to any mailing list, because there is no mailing list, and it is not passed to the advertising network, the vendor, or anyone else who is not necessary to answering it.
Please do not send passwords, licence keys, banking details, copies of identity documents or files you suspect are malicious. None of those are needed to answer anything AdeptBase can answer, and sending them creates a risk that did not previously exist. Replies
Messages are answered as quickly as the publisher is able, and a reply to a straightforward question usually takes a few business days. Corrections to a page may be made without an individual reply, in which case the change appears on the page itself and the review date in the footer is updated.
