1. Who is responsible for your information

All privacy enquiries, access requests and complaints go to that address, and are handled by the publisher directly. There is no separate privacy officer, and no third party answers on the publisher's behalf.
2. What is collected, in full
This website contains no form of any kind. There is no contact form, no newsletter sign-up, no account, no comment facility, no quiz and no chat widget. It sets no cookies, uses no analytics service, carries no advertising tag or conversion pixel, loads no third-party scripts, fonts or images, and stores nothing in your browser's local storage or session storage. The complete list of information connected with your visit is therefore short:
a. Server logs kept by the hosting provider
Like any web server, the server hosting this site records each request it receives. Each log entry contains the IP address the request came from, the browser's user agent string, the URL requested, the response code, the amount of data sent, and the date and time. An IP address can be personal information in some circumstances, which is why it is described here.
b. The content of any email you choose to send
If you write to info@adeptbase.online, the publisher receives your email address, whatever name your mail program sends, and whatever you write. Nothing obliges you to provide any of it, and you decide how much to include.
That is the whole of it. No profile is built, no identifier is assigned to you, no behaviour is tracked between pages or across visits, and nothing is collected for marketing.
3. Why each category is held, and on what basis

Because the site sets no cookies and runs no tracking, there is nothing here that would require consent, and no consent banner is shown. A banner on a site that sets no cookies would be a statement that is not true.
4. How long information is kept
- Server logs: retained by the hosting provider for up to 30 days from the date of the request, then deleted or overwritten in the ordinary course of the provider's operation. Where an entry forms part of the investigation of a specific security incident, the relevant entries may be kept until that investigation is concluded.
- Email correspondence: kept while the matter is open and for up to 12 months after it is closed, then deleted, unless a longer period is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, to establish or defend a legal claim, or to maintain a record of a privacy request.
Nothing else is retained, because nothing else is collected.
5. Who else receives it
Two parties, and no others.
The hosting provider operates the server on which this site runs and necessarily processes requests to it, including the log entries described above. It acts on the publisher's instructions and does not use the information for its own purposes.
The publisher's email provider carries and stores messages sent to the address above, as any mail provider does.
No information is sold, rented or provided to advertisers, data brokers, analytics companies or anyone else. The advertising network whose link appears on this site receives nothing from this site about you: the link is a plain link, and nothing about your visit is transmitted to the network before you follow it. When you do follow it, you leave adeptbase.online, and what the network and the vendor then collect is governed by their own privacy policies, not this one. The publisher receives only aggregate commission reports, which contain no personal information about individual readers.
Cross-border disclosure (Australian Privacy Principle 8)
The publisher is established in the Czech Republic and the servers used to host this site and the publisher's email are located outside Australia, in the European Union. If you are in Australia, this means that the limited personal information described in section 2 — your IP address in a server log, and anything you put in an email — is disclosed to recipients outside Australia, specifically in the European Union. The publisher takes reasonable steps to ensure those recipients handle the information consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles, and recipients in the European Union are separately subject to the General Data Protection Regulation.
6. How it is protected
The site is served over HTTPS, so traffic between your browser and the server is encrypted in transit. Access to the server and to the email account is limited to the publisher and protected by unique credentials and multi-factor authentication. Because the site collects nothing through forms and stores no database of readers, there is no store of reader information that could be taken. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and the publisher does not claim otherwise.
7. Your rights, and how to use them
Under the Australian Privacy Principles you may ask for access to the personal information the publisher holds about you, and ask for it to be corrected if it is inaccurate, out of date, incomplete, irrelevant or misleading. In practice the only such information is email correspondence you have sent, since server logs are not indexed by person and are ordinarily deleted within 30 days.
To make a request, write to info@adeptbase.online describing what you are asking for. You will receive a response within 30 days. There is no charge for making a request. If the publisher refuses access or correction, you will be told why in writing and how to complain.
If you are dissatisfied with the response, you may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner, the Australian privacy regulator, which explains its complaint process on its own website. The publisher asks to be given the chance to resolve the matter first, but you are not required to do so.
8. Data breaches
If a data breach occurs that is likely to result in serious harm to an individual whose personal information is involved, the publisher will assess it promptly and, where the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) applies, notify the affected individuals and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner as that scheme requires. Where European law applies to the same incident, the corresponding notification obligations under the General Data Protection Regulation are followed as well.
9. Children
This site is written for adults making decisions about software and is not directed at children. It collects nothing from anyone, including people under 16, and it contains no form through which a child could provide information. If a parent or guardian believes a child has sent personal information by email to the address above, write to that address and it will be deleted.
10. European and United Kingdom data protection
Because Dynamic Group s.r.o. is established in the Czech Republic, the General Data Protection Regulation applies to its handling of personal information. The lawful basis relied on for both categories in section 3 is legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) — keeping the website secure and available, and responding to correspondence. No consent basis is relied on, because the site sets no cookies and performs no tracking, and there is nothing to consent to.
Where the Regulation applies to you, you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection to processing based on legitimate interests. Requests go to info@adeptbase.online and are answered within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; the authority for the publisher's establishment is the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Czech Republic (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), and you may alternatively complain to the authority in the country where you live or work. Readers in the United Kingdom have equivalent rights under the UK General Data Protection Regulation and may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
11. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the revised version is published on this page with a new effective date at the top, and the review date in the site footer is updated. If a change ever introduced collection that does not happen today — any form, any cookie, any analytics — that change would be described here, and the mechanism required to obtain consent would be in place before the collection began, not afterwards. Readers are not notified individually, because the publisher holds no list of readers to notify.
